is a tool that converts the list of data (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) from a TXT or CSV file into one of the hash algorithms (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 or SHA-512). In addition, it also supports text input and generates a hash automatically. Data is safe and will not be transmitted to the internet/third party as hashing is performed locally from your PC.

Email Panel Instructions

  • File
    • Drag and drop a CSV or TXT file or use the Browse button to select a file
  • Type
    • Select one of the hash algorithms (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 or SHA-512) for output
  • Convert Input Case
    • Note
      • Different input case will generate different hash output
      • Usually Convert Input Case to lowercase is the requirement
    • Sample data E.g. MyEmail@Example.Com to MD5 hash
      • Ignore: E.g. MyEmail@Example.Com (894db7bc385d6913c4a6bd1e91022954)
      • lowercase: E.g. (60a6c20d49f49bc210ac98d7e47c74a0)
      • UPPERCASE: E.g. MYEMAIL@EXAMPLE.COM (4e870ef1c6151becb3ab2237b4750804)
  • Output Case
    • Sample data E.g. to MD5 hash

  • Total
    1. Show the total number of record(s) in the CSV or TXT file
  • Generate Hash
    1. This button will be enabled when a valid file (CSV or TXT with data) has been input into the program
    2. Upon clicking the button, it will prompt to save the output file (CSV or TXT) to the chosen directory
